Can anyone privately tell me what specific things are wrong with my face and suggest surgeries and such?

I dislike getting flooded with annoying banter and insults when i try to do this publicly, so I'd like if someone knowledgable can give me a serious description of what's wrong with my face specifically (like very specifically I know my general failos). I know that I'm like a 4/10 I just need advice on what specifically is bad and what surgeries to look into.
