In my case, I look way better with less beard and with shorter hair. Long hair with beard makes me look too aspie:




I am at a 36 inch waist in those pictures.
I am doing a recomp to gain muscle and lose fat to reach a 32 inch waist in around 6-12 months with a physique like Henry Cavill in Immortals, that should make me ascend enough to succeed on Tinder.

Then, I'll simply lean bulk with a 5-10% caloric surplus until I reach a physique like Stephen Amell in Arrow in 2 years from now, so 1 year after the previous physique.
