can beauty quadrants save someone at 14 or is it to late?

can you make a good transformation from just beatuy quadrants implemented at 14 or is it to late? Your beauty is just determined from obviously your parents(genetics) but then again also parents(making child follow beauty quadrants) its an advantage that I have this knowledge at 14, I know absoutley no one irl that even thinks of this, obviously they arent a insecure loser, but I really want to ascend, as does everyone. I mean all I do every day is wake up, eat, go to school, eat, sleep, eat again after waking up, do my homework, maybe talk to my friends or doomscroll, masturbate, and go to sleep. how do I expect to ascend if this is all I do, this is basically my routine every day and its just mentally draining asf. Its my fault, I could defnitley change things if I really wanted to, but I feel like as if I want to stay here. as If my life is fine, but im still not satified. im never satisfied, it sucks taking the "bp" as corny as it seems at such a young age, it just makes you mentally insane. now none of this even correlates to the orginal thread JFL, but as I was saying, can beauty quadrants save someone at 14? I just want foward growth (especially mandible).

obviously with the right genetics, right?

its not event that its jus basic posture n shit
Just go to the botb section of the org it has a bunch of soft maxes after you do that it should give you like 35% of your pertential after all that you realise it cope and you do roids peptides and surgery

I am 14 too and have similar lifestyle as you, but my only thing that I eat in caloric surplus, I sleep 9 hours a day and have a skincare routine,+go to the gym. Instead of hoping on peptides at least try to ascend naturally, just TRY. Also chew falim, but like, 1-2 gums a day. Would help with jaw(saw results after 2 weeks btw)

you're right, I want to implent things alot. for example, I want to change my diet but I dont really know how, all I eat is the stuff my parents get, I wanna say something to them about eating less processed foods/harder foods but I dont wan't to sound like a dumbass to my parents talking about some" I want harder foods to have correct mandible growth " or something along the lines of that, I use to go to the gym 5x a week, it was with my friend but he goes to a new gym now and pretty much left me to workout with his uncle instead, and since pretty much he was the one always asking to go to the gym after school, he was my only motivator so I let go.

If your need to not be “weird” to your parents and only motivation you have is your uncle and NOT your chopped ass body in the mirror you’re not motivated enough lol. Looks need sacrifice, ALWAYS. My “situationship” mtb left me because she was bluepilled and I was saying it’s complete bullshit, as an example of sacrificing, that made me go little deeper on this site

harder foods have nothing to do with your craniofacial development.

Well I guess its cause I don't even know what to believe anymore, there's so much threads, and people just agree and disagree with each other, how am I suppose to know who's right and who's wrong and what to do and not to do?
