Can bonesmashing also be used for framemax?

As we know, bonesmashing aims to replicate Wolff's Law, and many people on the forum have noticed significant differences in facial bones, such as cheekbones, browridge etc.

Of course, if it's not done at the right speed and setting, instead of bone growth, scar tissue develops, mimicking bone growth. But that's a different topic, and If you ask me if it works, absolutely yes, it worked for me.

However, I think there are some things that need to be considered and are often confused, and I believe many people are doing it wrong and causing "scar tissue."

I will share my experiences and opinions in detail with sources in another thread. Please correct me if I'm wrong, after all, I'm not a physiotherapist.

The real question is, Do you guys think that bonesmashing works on other bones like clavicle?
what do you think?

I've seen people use it for FrameMax, but after all, the knee bone, facial bones, and clavicle bone are all different. Has anyone tried it can share experiences?

yes with framemaxxing exercises you put pressure on your clavicle bones and cause them grow

you cannot bonesmash your clavicles to get a wider frame:lul:

wolffs law also states that bones adapt to mechanical loading that is applied in a controlled state not uncalculated pressure. also you're not getting a larger frame bonesmashing them jfl:forcedsmile:

I don't think most people follow the correct procedure anyway; I believe the scar tissue forms because they apply it incorrectly. In my opinion, it really works if done right. Dnr what i writed?

So why's that? Δ°t is bcz bone's not respond's the same or it's bcz the pressure cant be measured?

Like mechanical pressure with training weights? Yeah it can signal's bone to grow but what abt, just do the mechanical pressure with self bonesmashing?

even if it did work it’s not adding inches to ur frame:lul:

no for frame it doesnt work

I missed this point; even if it works, it will be millimeter, that's true, but it's better than nothing. Btw, the best framemaxxing (if you're still in puberty) is definitely simple but often overlooked like a real way to workout not a bs split ideal diet low bf% sleepmaxxing balancing hormones softmax, and "framebonesmashing" this is just in theory. I'm curious

Can you explain why?
it can make your bones stronger and more dense but it won’t grow your frame by in sense that your clavicles will get longer, you will find better results by hitting the gym and growing your shoulders
