Can bonesmashing also be used for framemax?
As we know, bonesmashing aims to replicate Wolff's Law, and many people on the forum have noticed significant differences in facial bones, such as cheekbones, browridge etc.
Of course, if it's not done at the right speed and setting, instead of bone growth, scar tissue develops, mimicking bone growth. But that's a different topic, and If you ask me if it works, absolutely yes, it worked for me.
However, I think there are some things that need to be considered and are often confused, and I believe many people are doing it wrong and causing "scar tissue."
I will share my experiences and opinions in detail with sources in another thread. Please correct me if I'm wrong, after all, I'm not a physiotherapist.
The real question is, Do you guys think that bonesmashing works on other bones like clavicle?
what do you think?
I've seen people use it for FrameMax, but after all, the knee bone, facial bones, and clavicle bone are all different. Has anyone tried it can share experiences?

also this is my first thread
