Can braces fix asymmetry?

I have big asymmetry, like my nose turned to the right side, my right eye lower than left, my right side smaller than left and my teeth pretty cooked or I can fix this without braces?

Is your eye actually lower? like the actual eyeball. or is it the soft tissue like the lateral canthus? it could be compensational skull posture because of jaw assymetry
