Growth plates close when the collagen gets replaced by bone (calcium) so in theory could a calcium deficiency delay closure? Or am I just a stupid ugly retard

It can delay, but not in a good way. Well yes it does delay closure but it could give you long term effects, such as bone retardation or rickets. Basically meaning you're gonna have a retarded undeveloped skull or bones in general

I see so it comes at the cost of ruining facial bone growth now my question is wouldn’t collagen be grown on your face in place of bones and then once played close i can go back to calcium diet and then that collages would become bone? Also would your logic disvalidate AIs?

Honestly, if I'm being very real with you I'd rather just have a healthy amount of calcium a day. I wouldn't starve my body of calcium. But you can do some research and see for yourself.

just increase testosterone and lower your estrogen so your epiphyseal plate closure could be delayed and increase your calcitonin levels in your bones bc raising your calcium levels could just increase your blood calcium levels and give you kidney stones so lower your parathyroid endocrine hormone secretion and boost D3+K2 intake with high intensity swimming or any high physicality sport to increase your appositional bone growth
