Can canthoplasty horizontally shorten eye?

Finally figured out why I look weird even though my esr is semi normal, my inner canthal distance is shorter than a slight amount with one eye, and more noticeably with the other. Can canthoplsty horizontally shorten the "weird" to bring it to that level? Part of it is the medial canthus is slightly bigger too on the "weird" eye too but nobody really looks there for harmony irl.

My eyes don't fit the rule of fifths, they're too big for my intercanthal distance and sonce box osteonomy is not realistic this is my only option
