Can ccw rotation create illusion of shorter midface and nose by making the base wider? Can ccw rot. bring alae up, shortening the nose if youre recess

Title, could advancing and rotating maxilla create an illusion of a shorter midface through increasing the nasal base width, and perhaps rotating the upper lip? Also, is it possible for maxillary advancement and rotation to perhaps bring the alae up, effectively shortening the sides of the nose vertically (then all is left is to fix the now hanging collumela)

I think ala nasal sag is mostly from lack of tissue support something Id like to fix myself. Vertical height increases the sag too.

That would be a gamechanger for me. This ala sag literally ruins my face. Ill talk to a surgeon soon about it, ill make a post.
