The temporals is the muscle on your temples

this is easier to train than the malaris muscle because chewing trains the temporals. And they’re pretty close to the malaris

it’s easier to train the temporalis muscle. It’s almost impossible to train the malaris without that electric thing so training the temporals is the next best thing

shouldn’t this lift up the skin and fix any nasal folds? If you pull up next to your temples all nasolfolds dissapear

Zygomatic muscles would cause more of a facelift than temporalis

Anecdotal evidence : Excessive Chewing may cause bloating in some faces. It causes in mine. One of my acquaintance got perma chimpmunk face by excessive chewing.
On the other hand, it chisels out cheekbones more and increases bigonial width in some faces

How could chewing cause chimp mink face?

Buccinator hypertrophy
Even then bro. Large buccinators fraud a wider jaw and a wider jaw leaves more space for fat to be distributed over. When I flex my buccinators by clenching my cheeks appear slimmer. I can’t see how larger buccinators would cause checks to appear larger

The buccinator muscle is IN your cheek. The bigger the buccinator muscle is, the bigger your cheek becomes and the more bloated your cheeks look. Large buccinators do not fraud a wider jaw. Buccinators have nothing to do with your jaw.

Shit bro I meant masseter and thought the dude I was responding too also did. I didn’t know chewing could build the buccinators muscles

Bingo, when I got a lot of temporalis gains from chewing Falim gum, it was a looksmin. That look really makes you look bloated and makes your cheekbones look smaller.

Eh I don’t think. The zygo muscle isn’t really next to the zygo bone

the zygo muscle doesn’t equal zygo bone

But How were you chewing though? If you chew with just the front teeth(no molars) more temporalis should be activated and less buccinator should be activated

or just get a face lift

If you have a wide gonial angle, you will activate the temporalis more than the masseter, regardless of how you chew. So I did make an effort to chew with the back of my molars, which did hit the masseters noticeably more, but it still gave me a noticeable temporalis pump, which is why I've stopped chewing Falim altogether.

would stopping chewing stop this?

Depends on how many times you did it. I did it for a few times and it went down eventually.

Never chew with anything other than your molars, if you do excessive chewing with your incisors you will damage your teeth. Your molars are designed to take that chewing and grinding motion but your incisors will become loosened and mess with the rest of your teeth if you chew with them. You can work the temporalis with regular chewing, and there are other muscles in your cheeks that you could also strengthen to get a more lifted look right around the nose and cheeks.
