Im taking 5g of creatine a day. Can it bloat my face?

Avoid foods that are high in sodium/salt which causes facial bloating and eat whole foods with lots of antioxidants like avocado's, bananas dried fruit, unsalted nuts, onion, sweet potatoes.
Try to avoid dairy, bread, tinned food, noodles etc.
Take magnesium and potassium supplements too.
Change your diet to this and you will significantly see a difference in facial bloating.
