Can curling eyelashes improve canthal tilt

Hear me out before you meme. So my upper eyelashes bends down and are extremely dense hidiing my lateral canthus. It looks like canthus is lower placed because of it. Will curling increase canthal tilt since that will make my lateral canthus seen?

its sort of like the above (the upper lashes i mean) but extremely dense at the outer part of my upper eyelid effectively hiding my lateral canthus. WDID?

just looked him up we have similar pfh and he looks insanely good. Does he have nct tho it looks slightly positive or neutral i think its the uee that makes him look somewhat tired and nct and most of his shots seem to come from camera placed below. that and his lower eyelid curve seems to make him look like he has nct

he defintely have the same NCT as you, it looks good on him because he have a good undereye area and skin aroudn his eyes who matches with his skin tone

in videos and other mugshots he clearly have it, he just looks like he doesn't on that mugshot because of his super good curled eyelashes

i think he uses bronzer he has similar skin tone as vic mackey. do you use eyelash curler or some other home made way cause i tried curling with just my hands and water but it doesnt curl
