Can Dermarolling lower hairline

You can get your old hairline back by dermarolling but @SquareChinOrDeath claims to have lowered his hairline by 1cm in areas of his forehead he has never seen hair on before. Is this possible or he’s larping. This was supposedly achieved by a 2.5MM dermapen

Likely a placebo. I do believe dermarolling can help someone regain dead follicles and remove previous recession. Just makes sense, Old dormant follicles are cut out and new ones heal in there place provided no scar tissue grows in substitute.
