It doesn’t grow full. Only chin strap. I’d I shave my philtrum and chin are major problems.

Ok thanks. I think I look a bit frail in clothes I’m about 5’10 155.
Lean but it’s hard to gain muscle with out gaining fat due to advanced age.

How old are you? You can start using minoxidil 5% and you will 100% get gains (I am using minoxidil rn myself)

I just shaved the inner portions of my eyebrows to make them lower relative to the outer. and dyed them darker.

Lower eyelid surgery + lip lift since you seem to have a long midface can benefit you a lot

- Almond eyes with fuller tear troughs (with an obvious PCT)
- Fuller broader zygomas and cheekbones with some slight forward projection
- Slightly wider chin and jaw
- Thicker neck and shoulders (put on another 10-15lbs of muscle)
- More hair between nostrils and top of moustache to make philtrum appear smaller and a fuller beard

Your overall mandible is too narrow overall. A modified chin wing would help you there. Also your mouth is kind of narrow. Would help your overall facial ratios if it was a bit wider.
