Can HGH length the face?

Simple question
I was about to do testosterone cycle but I have a small sfs (Short Face Syndrome) and thought that test can widen my face so I will get even worse sfs which would be bad asf

So I thought maybe that hgh could lengthen my face
Is there any evidence or thread about it?

Yes, it can. But to achieve such a large increase would require high dosage, high time on HGH (like 5-10 years) and would also have bone thickening everywhere on your face and body. No amount of HGH usage will grow your bones to look better than they already do as the growth isn’t uniform and is past what looks normal.
