im eating around 30% of my calories from honey

it has sugar . im either too lazy to get up and wash fruit or dont have much fruit .

ur right it not have many vitamins or minerals . although it has some . the antioxidants , enzymes , phytonutrients might be beneficial

You better be eating raw honey otherwise it's just sugar and all the beneficial enzymes, etc. have been killed off due to heat.

i dont eat many calories

like 1000-1800 calories a day , 35-60 grams protein . trying to age slowerr

im trying to get high carb to protein ratio to age slower

today all my protein came from 113 grams cheese (28 grams protein) except for a bit of protein from some plants like cocoa & some fruit to add up to around 35 grams protein

well honey =/= added fructose . also since im eating around 1500 calories a day this should protect me from fatty liver disease

you need to use honey to fuel your carb intake before work out for example if you need not to fuel your calories wtf 30%

for example you go to work out later and for breakfast you eat like eggs milk and some fruits and you want more carbs so you add honey on banana for example.

working out is pro ageing . i avoid movement , movement restriction i theorize slows ageing . sitmax in a dark room all day is the key to ageing slower

i think rotting in your room is not really going to help with aging slower especially if you eat that much carbs from honey and not spending it in any way. you should consider light aerobic exercise or smth idk bro thats not healthy like wtf

Salmon falls so cheaper but higher chance of good quality product, when the color is not homogen with nuances of pink and red u know u have something worth it

idk exactly what ur saying , but yes u want good colored salmon with more astaxathin . the farmed salmon haas synthetic astaxanthin which is different isomer like more bent ones & less good at antioxidant
