idk exactly what ur saying , but yes u want good colored salmon with more astaxathin . the farmed salmon haas synthetic astaxanthin which is different isomer like more bent ones & less good at antioxidant
Generally homogenous color all pink is the sign that something is unnatural, u want nuances of pink and red ideally from ur source

does it increase LH ? if so how to ameliorate ?
Luteinizing hormone is good for you. Most of that anti aging research the Jew Dr. Sinclair is complete rubbish.

i am considering supplementing astaxanthin for lipid membrane antioxidant & maybe DHT lowering

ive never heard david talk about LH . i was baseing it off of jeff bowles' article

If u take melatonin maximum 1 mg, ideally near 0,5 mg so u want potentially the minimal effective dosage, otherwise u are interfering with LH pathway endogen metabolism and u dont want that

i take 40 mg melatonin

i want inhibit LH , but the data in humans is inconcluseive to my knowledge

"Melatonin inhibits GnRH-induced release of LH and FSH from the neonatal, but not the adult, rat anterior pituitary gland. This action of melatonin is mediated by the specific high-affinity membrane-bound receptors that are absent in adult rats. The intracellular mechanism of melatonin action involves a decrease in intracellular calcium [Ca2+]i in the gonadotrophs; melatonin inhibits GnRH-induced Ca2+ release from endoplasmic reticulum as well as Ca2+ influx through voltage-sensitive channels. Melatonin also inhibits GnRH-induced accumulation of cAMP, which may result in the decreased influx of Ca2+, because cAMP, acting through protein kinase A, stimulates Ca2+ influx into the gonadotrophs. This age-dependent effect of melatonin on gonadotrophin release from the pituitary may be involved in the timing of puberty."

maybe i need reprogram epigenetics & then melatonin inhibit LH more

Even if testosterone is pro aging i won't risk it to not catalyze bone resorption with aging, as aging is mainly induced by facial bone resorption and is strongly correlated to androgens, growth hormone and oestrogens levels but ur oestrogen levels come mainly from aromatase process of ur testosterone anyway, better focusing on bone conservation than coping with retin A sunscreen and avoiding sun exposure, the latter that is actually good for bones in certain amounts of irrandiance JFL

sorry but this is really low IQ

just clench for bones lol . & anti ageing overall prevents bone loss

Indeed that s strange, maybe to cope the receptors sensitivity depletion, like for the insulin levels and desensitivation in diabete, since testosterone is falling apart with age

Go see the skin quality of the TRT abusers with overtraining on top and tell me it dont act as a proaging factor for skin health, i dont take into account the antiaging benefits for bones at a moderate amount, all u need is optimal physiological response and dosages, as homeostasis and equilibrum is the nature of biology and life

just supplement melatonin mayeb that bring GH up without accelerateing ageing

thots on estriol ?

That s why i take melatonin, glycin and citrulin malate for arginin, to optimize my HGH production

how to inhibit IGF-1 signalling ?
Why do u want to inhibit it ?

U dont need to megadose carbs for that anyway, just a decent amount with healthy fats and dairy products consumption

IGF-1 deficient transgenic mice r literally like one of the longest lived ...

IGF-1 inhibition is the most obvious strategy to slow ageing

just inhibit osteoclastogenesis if u want to preserve bone mass

That s what i am doing, i even gain bonemass from 24 to 29 yo with my protocol, it was a good satisfaction to notice this considering i am way over the development stage

Density is more white so more concentrated minerals, the chin is fuller under the teeth and taller, the gonions are more curved with no increase of antegonial notch angle or loss of vertical mandibular height

Test upregulates osteoblastogenesis, counteracts osteoclastic activity also aging involves shit like telomere attrition, mitochondrial ROS-induced damage, and chronic NF-KB-controlled inflammation, not just facial bone resorption. Androgens and estrogens both together manage RANKL/OPG pathways for bone homeostasis

I am totally agreeing but some here are going totally overboard physiological dosages thinking more is better shooting themselves with insane amount of excess TRT thinking they will hack genetics and becoming skin moggers, pure delusion as for pratically anything in biology there is biphasic dose response for effectiveness
