can hydrocortisone and accutane tropical save my nose?

For the dorsum i was thinking if i could actually be saved by hydrocortisone paired with accutane, i have just a little hump and my nose is small. (i know they wont fix the hump but id'like to know if someone with similar nose has had any results with them in the whole)
While for the bottom part i remember someone talking about vomer pushing, does anyone know if it is safe? looks like it deviates the septum.

I'm probably going to go with rhinoplasty anyway when i turn 18, so this is just for the time being.
The first pic is my nose now, the second one is what i would like to use and the last one is what id'like to achieve with rhinoplasty, since its already pretty small.
