Can i achieve this hollowness with surgery?

Im putting my lips forward and engaging mass eaters (not sucking in anything). I have a deepbute and my jaw rotation is a bit recessed. Im getting braces and will fix the deepbite/recession. Can i achieve this without anything or is lipoban/ buccalfat removal needed? Also im 17

Why would u want this type of hollowness?
I bet u could get decent hollows without any surgery

Right now i look decently puffy (close up) even tho im lean. I think this because of my recession causing me to have slight sfs (15.5 cm width and 19 cm skull lenght). Hopefully i will have 20 cms after the jaw rotation and maybe more when fully developed at age 20. Although i will never get the ideal since my forehead is tiny and no surgeries for that. Also this is the specific light under normal lighting it would be significantly less uncanny i think

Under this specific light i agree. I think outside with for example blue sky its way less uncanny and more natural. I could be wrong ofcourse.
