I've started going to the gym consistently and I'm well versed in different softmaxes like dental hygiene, skincare and whatnot but it just feels like cope tbh. Most of the advice is either "just brush your teeth bro" or "just inject 4000mg of heroin into your left asscheek bro" like what da heck maneee.

I just wanna ascend. Why am I such a land whale?

hardmaxxing after softmaxxes is the only way
you only do softmaxxes to get the most out of your hardmaxx

also your teeth color and all that shit is also very influenced by genetics
