If I only stay inside or it's late enough that I don't catch any sunlight?

That's good to know!

Do you do red light therapy with tret as well?
He's bullshitting jfl. Blue light is a fraction of sunlight. It's ok as long as you aren't getting direct sunlight for a decent period of time

Haha OK that's even better to know because that's actually good news. Makes sense to me. I found nothing about it being harmful when googling "retinol blue light".

Applying retinoid 1 hour before bedtime is good enough.

It's better to apply it right before bed

But going outside at night won't be as harmful as going in the day👍
