can i consume dairy while on accutane?

I have read in the internet that dairy>igf-1>oily face but I am on accutane. I need to be drinking milk as I am 16 and i need growth

Doesnt matter too much imo, just dont drink a lot like 1 litre a day, just keep it mild like 500 or 750ml a day of milk
