Can I do a double jaw surgery?

First thread here - Sorry if it isnt perfect.

So basically, i went to see a surgeon cause of my lower third asymmetry. What he propose seems perfect : 3D print pieces that fit perfectly to match both sides of my jaw.
But after reading a lot's of thread here (mostly about jaw and midface - cause mine is long), I'm sure I need a double jaw surgery with CCW rotation. ( probably due to mouth breathing and theet removed with my orthodontic treatment)
My problems are : Is it possible to do the double jaw surgery if I already have a good occlusion and no gummy smile? Can I do both (double jaw + Print implants + maybe rhinoplasty) at the same time?

Didnt know we could not breath at all with thoses surgery, that's why.
