I don't think my issue is exercise or movement (because I do dance/swim/walk quite often for cardio) but probably that my diet just consistst of trash food (and I guess alcohol at festivals/raves also fucks my calorie intake?)

I feel like just leaning down to 12% bf, getting visible abs, muscle and then getting jaw/chin fillers (or maybe genioplasty idk) would help a lot? I'm not really going for a 'hyper-masculine' look anyways, moreso for a 'soft feminine bohemian look'.
