I saw in a video that bonesmashing can be harmful and reduce bone if it's done while you are on a caloric deficit or your hormonal levels are not the optimal (I think my test levels are good right now but when I lose weight I'll maybe screw it), right now I am at 21% bf trying to get to 12%, should I bonesmash?
