I think I have bones I'm just bloated and on a bulk rn. Hopefully I can ascend a bit

I’d probably say lhtn rn, you’re pretty tall too so that’s good. Definitely a good base, start a looksmaxing protocol but don’t take unnecessary risks because you already have a good base to lose

Yeah that sort of thing, keep the bulk up too but make sure not to overdo it

I did a bulk not long ago and got too fat, it’s made my cut take way longer which is annoying

try to cut down and debloat for your nose, if that doesnt work a rhinoplasty will definitely get you to the htn range

I will I'm lean bulking rn but when I get to 10% on the cut I should have ascended. My nose is also just inflamed usually which sucks. I will though thank you

Nose I will be fixing. Gonna ask my dermatologist for some stuff. Do you think softmax to mid HTN is possible, that is a bit of a stretch but still?
