My ribs are definitely flared not to the point where they stick out of my shirts but like it's aesthetically very unpleasant I feel like, the same is with my shoulder blades I notice it when sitting flat against a surface (a Bench in the gym often) they stick out a bit and online I saw that both things could be the result of posture stuff can it be fixed in any way (my posture was terrible)?
