Can I fix my sphenoid?

I got a crazy asymmetrical face and I think it’s because of my sphenoid bone. Can i fix it ? Should i try c4 alignment and correct my pelvic tilt? (Left eye higher, left side looks better, right ramus and zygo is shorter)
