can I fix that with surgery

Left half of my palate is a bit higher than the right one, I think around 2-3mm. My left eye is higher than my right one and the cheekbone is a bit higher too. Could I ever fix it with some kinda surgery?

skull asymmetry is only one half of the problem. if half of ur entire skull is uneven you still need to move the muscles, ligaments, the fat, the skin etc...
