Canthoplasty is for canthal tilt and fat grafting is for hooded eyes.

IMO you don’t need either of those. Sam dezz mogs without either of those things. I think ESR and mouth to nose ratio is holding you back hardest right now. ESR may be able to come from getting a wider pallet but take intermolar width measurements to ensure you would need an expander. Otherwise fraud it with hair. Look for “fixing unfixable failos” thread in BOTB. Mouth to nose ratio will likely come from nasal slimming via 5 mechanisms:
-weight loss (don’t go too far bc of puberty)
-debloating (potassium to sodium ratio)
-eating low inflammation diet
-hydrocortisone
-Retinoid use (Some can close growth plates. if your growth plates close do to your own lack of research, you deserve to be a manlet for life)

If you do all of those softmaxxes (plus getting jacked and tan) and are still unhappy with appearance, consider rhino when 18.

I have positive canthal tilt so no need my eye area isn’t even that bad but yeah thanks for the rest of the advice fat grafting would be very beneficial for me probably not most worth it as I have a lot of negative hooding
