your face looks bloated ash? do u even hydrate yourself properly? cut off added sugar and shit too if u have not (ig u have cuz u seem like u go to gym)

the nose bridge is quite broad compared to your lips
uneven pigmentation on the lips
mandible is hella recessed

go see an orthodontist... get your shit checked and get a herbst if possible... if ur lucky shit might work for you and get that mandible forward + do some neck stretching and resistance mouth opening and closing (trains the muscles where the hyoid hangs to give you sharper jawline and also the masseters)

Yeah I’ve lowkey been a fatass over the summer, so I definitely have to get my diet in check. I’m planning on cutting some calories to lose some body fat. Other than eating healthier and cutting, what else can I do to fix the bloating?

Im planning on seeing the orthodontist once I get some dental insurance to see what I can do about the recessed chin, I have an overbite so that might be why it looks really bad, but with the recessed chin and shit, could I still be a mtn?
