Dude. I’m a big proponent of genio but your jaw is fucked. You definitely need bimax with a rotation. Just genio would not help you much as your main issue is not the chin projection but your insane downward growth.

No, I just have fat under my chin. Surgeon was actually going to do submental lipo, but I opted for just the trimax.
