Get these. I bought them and you’ll be able to put 40lbs on one dumbbell. 20lbs will only helps with growth during the beginning
i looked at the reviews and it looks like it comes with alot of weights so is it 40lbs in total or like 40lbs each dumbbell

It’ll come with 40lbs total. I bought the 60lbs version (30lbs each dumbbell) and this is what it came with

bet gonna buy it today also someone said creatine is cope should i not buy it also?
It’s an essential nutrient so you should take it for supplementary reasons. I don’t think it’ll substantially increase muscle growth though

Your choice.

Progressive overload at 6-8 reps is ideal, ur gonna be doing too many reps at a certain point, gym membership or adjustable dumbbells
bet im buying the dumbells he recommended should i buy anything else that would help increase muscle

U should be getting your protein 1g per 1lb body weight, if u can’t do that without protein powder than its more important or else u can’t grow

That’s fine. Make sure you’re getting most protein from real, high-quality food though

bro they’re like 150+ on amazon
u can do almost anything with adjustable dumbells and a bench. U can’t do lateral raises with the dumbbells u use for a regular bench press tho can you? Adjustable dumbbells are optimal for a home gym. If u don’t see a way to get ur money up, then ur gains will pay the price
