I been going to the gym for 7 months now and I have been recently thinking of trying to go lean.Is it possible to achieve that without stunting my growth or any bad shit happening? Most gym influencers say that you shouldn't cut at all in teenage years unless you are obese/fat ( which im not ).Are they bullshitting or can I go on a deficit without worries?
