No you can’t do that. The whole point of Botox is to paralyze the muscle as a whole. You can’t atrophy only a single part of one muscle. That’s like going to the gym and trying to grow only a quarter of your bicep muscletitle.
as we know for eg there’s two heads to a bicep, the short head and long head - would it not be possible to paralyse a single head?No you can’t do that. The masseter muscle does not work like that. Doctors only inject the outer part to decrease jaw width. Trying to shape the masseter with Botox into the way you want it is a pipe dream. Maybe save for implants. Only if you really need it thoughas we know for eg there’s two heads to a bicep, the short head and long head - would it not be possible to paralyse a single head?
