No bro, there's really only two things that you could benefit from, neckmaxing and leanmaxing.
You need to hardmax if you want to ascend.

i mean ig ill try neck training but as far as leanmaxxing i think i should put on some lean mass first because i was already way leaner before but my face is boneless so i just looked anorexic.

zygo pushing is js lymphatic drainage it doesnt magically grow ur zygos, u can either try zygo pulling (little bit cope) or hardmaxx. Sodium flushing is temp and ur body needs sodium so doesnt really work, js drink tons of water and get lean, grow ur hair as well (mod cut)
