Can I get some pointers to some shoe lifts and the best brands to buy?

I’m 5’3 and I was told by many users to just give up trying to heightmax using peptides and I was told to give up trying to leg Lengthen because the best you can gain is 1 inch and I sure as hell cant afford that. Anyone know any good shoe brands I can buy and some shoe lifts I can wear? I have been able to wear a pair of size 7’s since the 8th grade but I can wear up to 8.5
