your frame looks alot better in the second so i'm unsure if that change will happen. muscle mass wise, if you get maximise water retention and train it looks relatively achieveable in 3 months.

Yes just put shoulders and back at the beginning of your workout. Depends on your base if thats ur physique afger 3 years, if you wait 4 more months you wont get there but if you just started and have crazy genetics and a base like that, you can definitely get there soon
