can i grow taller ? if so how?

I am 17 years old turning 18 in 2026. i am 181cm (5'11 i think) tall and grew legit 1cm from 16-17 and it seems over.
Genes - my dads about 170cm and my moms about 163cm tall and my dads the shortest in his family and my moms the tallest but her dad was 6 foot tall. However, supposedly my great grandfather on my dads side was pushing 7 foot while being a malnourished(idk how true it is), but he ended up marring a short women and so did his child.
Growing up - TBH growing up i ate kinda like shit (eating lots of goyslop, and straight up seed oils) and skipped a lot of my meals and started to stravemaxx and lose weight (never have eaten breakfast) doing my early teenage years from 13-16 and also started to get shit sleep around 15. This might've halted a bit of my max growth a lot, but ive never tried to do anything to grow taller bc i didnt really care and still ended up at a alright height, tall enough to not be called short but not tall enough to be noticed. I also didnt play any sports doing my teenage years, i did work out a little bit inconsistently from home but now ive started to go to the gym for the past year.

Now- i go to the gym 3-4 times a week, i sill sleep like shit most of the time (circadian rhythm wise, i still get 7-10 hours of sleep but sleep at like 2am), and i regularly cheat (like 1 day a week) on my diet but usually i keep on track on my diet.
my goal is to get to 190cm+ being hopefull, but being real the goal is to get to 185cm at least ( i think i MIGHT be able to do that natrually but idk, seems like my puberty is about to end and growth plates are about to close.) FML
so, what do you guys think, is it over? i cant get taller and have to accpet the fact im a manlet loser and rope or is there still hope?
if theres anything i can do, what can i do to truly get taller, Ill listen and do literally all the advice i get, idk bout the peps or anything like that rn. but forsure ill hop on at 18-19 (cus i really dont wanna stunt my grow) . Please i beg you guys to give me all the knowledge you know, i dont really care if its "cope" im down to give it a try for any mm of height.

naturally there's not much you can do, sleeping you should focus on if you want to keep natural, your iglf1 is highest during you sleep so sleep 8+hours on a consistent schedule, Unnaturally just pin Human Growth Hormone (HGH) since that is the only way I believe you can grow to 190+ cm, you've got to act fast because your growth plates and your bones might be fusion soon, HGH will also help you with increasing muscle mass too, make sure you don't pin for a very long time 1 year+ and at a very high dosage because even your organs could grow but that's only at a high dosage,Its too late too take test since that would be at a younger stage of puberty where the tester one would make your growth spurts bigger. Research a bit more on HGH just so you know what to do other than that there is not much you can do in my opinion
