Can I larp sleep apnea for a cheaper bimax?

So I’m kinda in a shit situation where my side profile looks similar to wandos and I’m also kinda nd to the point where I struggle to even order a subway and McDonald’s. If I struggle with that Theres no way in hell I can manage to go to another country by myself. I’m thinking I can larp sleep apnea so I can get a cheaper bimax and even have my mom or dad come with me since the issue would be functional instead of cosmetic. Any thoughts?
