It depends on how fast your metabolism is, if you have good metabolism you don't need to do a lot of cardio. Lifting while starvemaxxing is not a good idea, you don't have the energy to liftmaxx or to recoverI don’t want to entirely lose muscles. Can’t I just lift weights all day and some cardio?
