No other days would usually be like 500- 1000 cals, I most def lost muscle as my body looks a little flat now but tbf I don't care too much about muscles

It's entierly possible if you have ennough time, just cardiomaxx the entire day and eat 500 calroies ezzzz

I don’t want to entirely lose muscles. Can’t I just lift weights all day and some cardio?

It depends on how fast your metabolism is, if you have good metabolism you don't need to do a lot of cardio. Lifting while starvemaxxing is not a good idea, you don't have the energy to liftmaxx or to recover

only protein no fats carbs and stuff

10k steps and some light workout


also sleep burns like 60-70 cals/hr

so im almost burning what im eating
