Can I lose gained buccal fat?

I used to have hollow cheeks at the age of 15 and then I fatcelled quite a bit to like 25% and gained hella buccal fat, will I be able to lose it if I cut down from my current 15% to 10% because I’ve barely seen any buccal fat changes since ngl
