I'm guessing you're talking about MK7 not MK4. You can megadose MK4. If more than 500 mcg killed you there wouldn't be brands selling it at 45 mg single servings.

is there any added benefit taking 45 000mcg rather than 5000mcg tho. cuz the 45 000mcg only has 30 pills whilst the 5000mcg brand has 60 so I am trying to see whixh will be more effective

There are studies with 45mg, but I think brand matters more. I was taking Life Extension 45 mg and I don't think it did jack shit, both Thorne drops and the capsule with 5mg did more for me I could feel it and see it in x-rays at the dentist. Also if you're taking 45 mg it's better to space it with three 15mg servings throughout the day, if money is no object then Klaire Labs sells a 30 day supply of 3x15mg on their website (or a 90 day supply if you just take 15) for $60.

@Newday VitK is one of the safer vitamins to megadose (as long as you aren't using blood thinners like Warfarin cos Vit K is a coagulant). If bad shit happens (like headaches/stomach upset/dizziness) then reduce the dosage but you should be fine - it won't kill you.

Also make sure that you are getting lots of calcium and getting half as much magnesium you are calcium daily (Calcium:Magnesium should be 2:1). Calcium, Vitamin D, and Vitamin K interact nicely for bone health - which is presumably why you are doing this.
