Hello,I'm a 13yr old boy.I'm about 170-173cm(not sure),I haven't grown in 11 months.Most of my direct family is short(Mother:163cm,Father:172cm,Older sister:170cm,Second older sister:175cm),On my dad's side,every single one of my relatives are short.On the other side,my mom's family is pretty tall with my uncle and grandfather both reaching 190cm at their peak,the only short people in my mom's family are the girls.I am looking for a height prediction and tips on how to maximize growth.(If it's still possible)
