drinking will bloat you a good amount. Mainly because it causes dehydration and inflammation of the stomach lining. A drink there and there wont hurt but consistent drinking is not ideal.

Noooo, keep the dedication alive, it bloats for a little bit then debloats you, also fucks your test soo badly but its fine if you keep beating your son you can somehow transfer some of his test to you
