I assume im around a 5/10 atm? maybe 5.5 none the less i feel ugly as shit and want to change that. Otoplasty ist already planned and even parents approved and they will even contribute to the payment. I also know about my recessed chin and want to look into that after the otoplasty cause i have a overbite so maybe i can get the chin moved forward just with orthodotics. Tbh i dont really know if my maxilla is recessed so someone tell me that has more experince than me. Yes i know my know is shit but i wil prob look into that last. Thanks for Tips.

I don’t think it’s a major flaw I think your pupil just looked triangular in second photo cameras just do that sometimes

Kek chin move forward with orthodontics. Get BSSO or they will move ur maxilla back. I would never in life go to orthos if I had an overbite, that’s a prime jaw surgery candidate

Maybe let your ears pinned back and try only if you want fix your droopy eye, I'm not quite sure but there isn't maybe the need of a surgery for this. And you lips need some redness .

As other said no surgery is really needed. Maybe the ears so otoplasty. I have done and its a easy surgery. You could use this which did for like a year which is glueing your ears which sounds retarded first if u use the wrong glue and apply it wrong. You should look into eyebrow transplants to make eyebrows closer set? A rhinoplasty to narrow the nose width, lip filler and slight commisureplastu to widen the lips, lip lift to higher the upper lip, also shortening filtrumand make it fuller, you should look into a Genioplasty or chin implant to make your chin height better, I made a better morph of your ears which you can achieve a better result from surgery
