Can I reach HTN with surgeries? And if so which one(s)?

Yes I have a lazy eye which when I got school eye test at 5 they never referred me to an eye specialist so now I have 50 percent vision permanently in my right eye

Get an eyepatch that would be badass and it would ascend you

Thanks bro but my dream is HTN, I will invest a good bit of it. I only just turned 17 so surgery won’t be for another 1.5-2years or more

Marpe, Bimax and chin reduction. Plus -> eyebrow.

Maybe with lefort 2

Thanks bro but my dream is HTN

First, we would have to agree on the definition of HTN : to me, based on FaceIQ's stats (which he probably borrowed elsewhere), it corresponds to the 6.0-6.75 range, or top 25-5 % face. In other words : a HTN ranges from reasonably to noticeably attractive, but is still ordinary. Chadlite starts at 7, and is top 1 % face.
Picture yourself in a lecture theater with a random sample of 99 males in your age group ; if you are a HTN, you'll consistently be part of the 25 best looking men in the room.

Now, about your current face : it has two major failos. Your downgrown lower third and your long philtrum. Both contribute to making your face too long.
Then, you have several other flaws ranging from minor to moderate :
weak bigonial width
inward gonions (to be confirmed ; anyway, they don't flare or don't grow outward enough to generate proper angularity)
upper eyelid exposure
undereye darkening
short eyebrows
protruding ears
mild acne (scarring on the cheeks ?)

On the other hand, you have a few assets that don't require any looksmaxxing :
eyebrow thickness & height
eye color (enhanced by a contrasted limbal ring)
bright sclera
nose
lips

To address yours flaws, you would need the following procedures :
- bimax
- lip lift
- periorbital fat grafting
- fillers for the gonions and maybe the jawline & chin (post-bimax)
- otoplasty

Softmax :
- to reduce spacing between the eyebrows, if you currently have some vellus hair around the medial part, you can try to thicken it with minoxidil + microneedling. If the area is slick bald, an eyebrow transplant would probably be the only solution.
- If you have some acne scarring on the cheeks, try to remove it with microneedling and tretinoin ; if that doesn't work out, get it treated with a resurfacing laser.
- get a better hair cut

In my opinion, that is your path to HTN. The main thing is to make your face more compact. Realistically, I don't know how much the combination of bimax and lip lift can alter your mouth's placement. In the morph below, I placed it significantly higher, which may not be feasible. Regardless, the bimax + lip lift should dramatically increase your lower third's overall harmony.

The bimax will most likely affect your nose due to the maxilla being altered. But hopefully that won't require any rhinoplasty for a touch up.

Thanks bro, so would I get a genio too with the bimax? Also I do think a lip lift could help but I don’t think they work as good as it did in the morph but il definitely talk to a surgeon about it

Thanks bro, why not tho?
Your chin is already projected enough and symmetrical in my opinion, if you really want to take that extra step you can though

Ngl, you look cute and have a unique face! I am sorry about the ignorance of your health system, at least you got some money now haha!
You have a taller face, but I don’t think it’s because you have a facial deformity. It’s just how your face looks like and it doesn’t look bad! Maybe reduction genio to reduce the height of your chin if you want a shorter face would be a good idea!
Also fat grafting for hollow undereyes. And squint a little bit to look more agressive in pics if you’d like!
you have a great nose btw and eye color looks great! If you somehow make your eyebrows look longer they are gonna add even more beauty to those eyes!
Good luck bro!

Thanks bro 👊, I was asking people and ChatGPT and they said not to shorten like a genioplasty cos apparently it can ruin my jawline visibility. Do u think a double jaw surgery would be good? I’m scared of the recovery a bit but If it will ascend me a lot I’d do it. But yes I would defo consider getting something under the eyes and maybe even zygomatic implants too

Well, it really depends on your bite and functional issues. Getting bimax with no bite or breathing issues would be tough as a lot of surgeons won’t accept you!

I mean my nose is a bit stuffy all the time so that could be related, my maxilla is recessed as well.

Here is what will actually ascend your smv (as someone who has hardmaxxed and has some dating results)

Canthopexy
Genio
Maybe even a rhino but that’s of low priority

Gymcel asap it suits your pheno
Your lower third is ogre long
Realistically nobody is ascending as much as they think with bimax

A literal meme unless recessed or a sfs patient or need it medically.
