Can I reach Tyrone with hardmaxxes?

You would have to define Tyrone to make sure we have the same standards in mind.

If Tyrone is the exact statistical equivalent of Chad, i.e. 1 in 4000 men (8/10), then my answer would be no.

However, don't let that get to you, because I'd say you are already an above average looking African American. It should be noted that you have a well developed chin, which is quite rare among your ethnic group. Your eyebrows and jaw angularity (flared/outward gonion + strong masseter) contribute a lot to your good looks too.

Based on the picture and short video you have provided, I think your main flaws are your skin tone, skin quality, and eye region ; to a lesser degree, the roundness of your chin and the acute jaw frontal angle are also holding you back. The acuteness of the JFA may be attributed in part to this picture being taken from a low angle.

Regarding your eye region : your right eye seems negatively tilted, and both eyes have dark circles, which can be indicative of a subpar infraorbital support.
Your right eye could be fixed with a canthoplasty. While the dark circles could be treated with fat grafting. It's hard to give an accurate assessment because of the low quality picture. Instead of fat grafting, you may be a suitable candidate for a lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning or an infraorbital implant. Consult with an ophthalmologist or an occuplastic surgeon to clear that up.

Regarding your chin : theoretically, you could square it off with fillers.

In my opinion, these are the hardmaxxes worthy of your consideration.

While improving your skin tone & quality is a softmax, it could yield results just as impactful as the hardmaxxes listed above. So it's definitely worth putting in the work.

I REALLY appreciate this high effort examination, and I’ll take it into account. What’s my rating after all of this?

I don't do ratings. Everybody has a different scale in mind, different criteria, and it ends up being too subjective and not really relevant.

While we're at it, here's another morph showing a reduced alar base (narrower nose) and a reduced lower lip :

Both alterations could be achieved through surgical means. Then I don't know how it would match ideal Black aesthetics (your ratios are different, especially for the mouth & nose). I think it looks good, but I may be biased.
