I have a cleanser and peroxide benzyol, tret makes my skin all irritated

It causes bloat because it has many carbohydrates and some ingredients that some people may be sensible to, it aslo depends on how fast your metabolism is

ur points are contradictory, you say bread doesnt cause acne but sugar does yet bread is made from grains, which contain carbohydrates that break down into sugars

refined grains spike blood sugar levels which lead to inflammation, they contain toxins aswell which make it even worse, and after all of that, they have no real nutritional value

Daily table sugar limit is 35g on an average male, and for carbohydrates it is about 200-300g. Main key reasons why sugar intake shall be less is because its disaccharides structure, those two are different types of carbohydrates, one is healthier than another, i can explain more if you want tho.:feelshah:+ sugar is chemical and what human made(talking about table sugar) and bread is natural from grains

What companies moisturiser do you recommend? Do you also have any recommendations for cleansers or do you not use them?
